About Me

Hi, I'm Harsh Kumar, a recent B.Tech graduate in Computer Science and Engineering from Galgotias University, Greater Noida. I'm originally from Jharkhand, a state known for its rich culture and simplicity—something that's shaped my personality as well.

I've always been curious about how technology works, and that curiosity turned into passion during my college years, especially in the areas of programming and web development. I have a strong foundation in Java, JavaScript, and React.js, and I regularly practiced Data Structures and Algorithms to sharpen my problem-solving skills.

On the front-end side, I've gained hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, Tailwind CSS, and React.js. I'm also learning backend development using Node.js and Express.js, and databases like SQL and MongoDB.

One of my main projects is SwiftSpend, a full-stack expense tracking web application. I built it using React.js, Node.js, Express, and MongoDB, enabling users to efficiently manage and monitor their personal finances. It empowers users with features to securely log and visualize income and expenses using interactive charts, along with the ability to download detailed Excel reports. I also implemented secure JWT authentication and robust CRUD operations to protect user data and ensure smooth, reliable tracking.

Another key project is MediFlux, a scalable web app for managing healthcare appointments and analytics. I developed a comprehensive healthcare management system using React and Tailwind CSS that streamlines appointment booking and patient management. The application features role-based authentication, real-time dashboard analytics, and secure session management with local storage integration. Built with a component-driven architecture, it ensures scalability and optimal performance for healthcare workflows.
